The gender equality program of the SFB 854 focusses on doctoral candidates, postdocs, and medical graduates. The goal is to improve the equality between men and women in science, to take measures against the current underrepresentation of women in scientific leadership positions and to improve the compatibility of a scientific career and family. For this, the women of the SFB 854 are regularly offered courses and events, as well as childcare.
