The Career Day 2018 - Perspectives for Women in Life Sciences took place on the 14th of June 2018 at the LIN. First of all, various speakers from industry and academia gave interesting insights into different career opportunities and - most importantly - into their own, not always straightforward - careers. In the afternoon the job fair offered the opportunity to get into direct contact with potential employers. In addition the visitors had the opportunity to have the perfect application picture taken at the photo shoot and polish their CV to perfection at the CV check. Last but not least 15 young researchers had the opportunity to discover their personal strengths profile in our workshop "Discover what you do best!", an event that received excellent feedback.
